These terms apply to this website and to text messages from RC Digital Automation LLC ("we", "us"), a web design and marketing automation business in Saint George, Utah. By using the site or sending us your details, you agree to them.
1. What this site is
This site describes our services and lets you contact us. Sending the contact form is a request for us to get in touch. It is not a purchase and does not create a contract for services.
2. Services, packages and prices
The packages and prices shown here are a summary and may change. If you become a client, the services, prices, guarantee and cancellation terms are set out in the written service agreement you sign with us. If that agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies.
3. No guarantee of results
We describe what our systems are built to do. We do not promise a particular number of leads, bookings, sales or revenue, because results depend on your business, your market and how you respond to customers.
4. Text message terms
Program. If you opt in, RC Digital Automation LLC may send you text messages about your inquiry and appointments and, if you chose the second consent box, occasional marketing messages such as offers and updates.
- Opting in. You opt in by ticking a consent box on our form or by texting us first. Consent is optional and is not a condition of buying anything.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming it.
- Help. Reply HELP, call (435) 313-8165, or email [email protected].
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your number and consent is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for marketing.
5. Using the site
Please give accurate details when you contact us, and do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, and no submitting other people's information without their permission.
6. Our content
The text, design and code of this site belong to RC Digital Automation LLC. You may view and share links to it, but you may not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.
7. Other sites and services
This site uses services run by other companies, such as the platform that hosts the contact form. We are not responsible for sites or services we do not control.
8. Disclaimer and limit of liability
This site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, RC Digital Automation LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute about this site will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Utah.
10. Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
