Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

RC Digital Automation LLC ("we", "us") is a web design and marketing automation business in Saint George, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, through text messages, and through Morgan, our internal assistant application, and how we use it.

1. Information you give us on this website

When you fill in the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, and your message, along with whether you ticked either text-message consent box. The form also records basic technical details about the visit, such as the page it was sent from, your browser type, and your IP address.

If you call, text, or email us directly, we receive your contact details and whatever you send.

2. How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and set up a call.
  • To provide our services if you become a client.
  • To send text messages, only where you have agreed to receive them (see section 3).
  • To keep records of our conversations and to keep the site secure.

We use automation software to handle inquiries, including an AI tool that prepares a draft reply to your message. A person at RC Digital Automation reviews each draft before it is sent.

3. Text messages

We text you only if you have given consent, for example by ticking a consent box on our form or by texting us first. The two consent boxes on the form are optional and are not a condition of buying anything.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone, except with the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can provide that service: our customer-management and website platform (HighLevel), our email provider (Google), and the phone carriers that deliver calls and texts. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

5. Cookies and tracking

The contact form and the platform that hosts this site may set cookies or similar technologies that are needed for the form to work and to record where a submission came from. We do not use advertising pixels on this site.

6. Morgan and Google user data

Morgan is a private assistant used only by the owner of RC Digital Automation, on the owner's own computer. It is not offered to the public, and only the owner's own Google account is connected to it.

With the owner's permission (Google sign-in), Morgan accesses the following Google data:

Google dataWhat Morgan does with it
Google Calendar (calendar)Reads upcoming events to answer questions like "what's on my calendar today", reminds the owner before meetings, and adds, moves or deletes events when the owner asks.
Gmail (gmail.modify)Reads new email so it can tell the owner what arrived and flag important messages; saves reply drafts when asked; sends an email only after the owner explicitly confirms. Morgan never permanently deletes email.

How it is stored and protected. Morgan runs on the owner's own Windows computer. Its AI model also runs locally on that computer, so email and calendar content is processed there and is not sent to any outside AI service. The Google sign-in token and Morgan's notes are stored in files on that computer only. Short notifications to the owner's own phone (for example "New email from Dana: Website quote") are delivered through the ntfy.sh notification service on a private, randomly named channel; on their own they include only an email's sender and subject line, and anything more only when the owner asks Morgan to send it to the phone.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with anyone, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models. No person other than the owner sees it.

Limited Use. RC Digital Automation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access. Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting Morgan's data folder on the owner's computer removes everything Morgan stored.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide services, and meet legal and tax obligations, and then delete them.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of texts or emails at any time. Contact us using the details below.

9. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
